Does your high-ticket business depend on referrals too much?
You are in the right place,
If you are a high-ticket service-based business looking to scale your business with paid ads because the majority of your revenue comes from referrals.
This is for you.
If you are already running paid ads…. maybe
You’re getting a flood of leads, but they’re just not serious. Most of them aren’t ready to commit, costing you valuable time.
You’re putting money into ads but not seeing a return in the form of high-quality clients. It’s frustrating.
You’re spending too much time on calls with prospects who aren’t a fit, instead of focusing on clients who genuinely value what you offer.
If you are just thinking of running paid ads but have not started yet.
You are at the right place at the right time.
Because you can save yourself a lot of money and time unlike people who are already running paid ads but not getting any results which is costing them a lot of money and time.
So whether you are already running paid ads or thinking of running them, you have the same problem: Your business is too dependent on referrals or word of mouth.
You want some predictable cash flow in a business, you don’t want to worry about how the leads will come in your business next month.
Hey 👋 (First let me give you a short intro of mine)
I am Ishika, Founder of Funnelyy, based in Uttar Pradesh, India.
If you are looking to find someone who can help you with…..
→ Turn paid ad traffic into high-quality leads
→ Get a consistent flow of leads in your business
I help people exactly like you.
Imagine if you could get a consistent flow of leads in your business where you don’t have to stress about how many leads you will get next month and don’t have to depend on referrals for cashflow.
This would be life-changing for you. Right?
So how exactly am I going to help you?
By building a funnel for you.
I know it may sound so salesy and scammy to you. But bear with me for some time and I will show you exactly how it can help you achieve consistent flow of leads in your business.
First,
What Is a Funnel?
A funnel is a guided, step-by-step process that turns a visitor into a lead and eventually into a customer. Think of it as a digital sales path that’s carefully designed to address your ideal customer’s needs, build trust, and motivate them to take action.
Top of the Funnel: The funnel starts broad, attracting potential leads who may be interested in what you offer (like through an ad).
Middle of the Funnel: As they move down, visitors see offers or content that builds interest and addresses any doubts.
Bottom of the Funnel: At the end, there will be only the most interested leads —these are people ready to make a decision or take action, like booking a consultation.
Funnels filter out non-serious visitors so you can concentrate on high-quality leads who are likely to convert.
This is what the simplest form of a funnel looks like.

There is an ad, from where the traffic will be sent to the landing page and people who take action on the landing page will then be sent to the thank you page.
Now you may think why would I need a funnel if I already have a website? Let’s address this.
Why You Need a Funnel, Not Just a Website
Most business owners believe a website is enough to drive leads and convert them into clients, but a website alone isn’t optimized for high conversions. Here’s why a funnel is different—and why it’s a more effective solution for businesses looking to grow:
A Funnel Guides Your Audience Step-by-Step
A funnel is designed to lead visitors down a specific path, step-by-step, until they take a desired action (like booking a call).
Each stage of the funnel builds on the last, addressing potential doubts and building trust so that by the time they reach the end, they’re ready to convert.
A funnel is focused on One Goal
Has a single goal, like generating leads or making sales. Every element, from the headline to the CTA, is crafted to support that goal.
Websites, on the other hand, usually have multiple goals and pages (About, Services, Blog, etc.), which can distract visitors and reduce the chances of conversion.
Funnel provides a personalized Experience
Funnels can be tailored to guide specific types of leads through a customized journey that speaks directly to their needs and pain points.
A website is often more general, trying to appeal to everyone, which can make the experience feel less personal or relevant.
Funnel is optimized for Conversions
Funnels are built with conversion rate optimization (CRO) in mind. They include elements like compelling offers, trust-building content, and clear CTAs, all designed to maximize the number of people who take action.
Websites are usually designed for information-sharing, not necessarily for converting visitors into clients.
Here is a table view of comparing both of them.

Now you know why the funnel is important.
Let’s go deep into how will I exactly help you.
I will help you do these 3 most important things in a funnel that will turn your paid ad traffic into super-interested leads.
Build the trust of your potential clients in you.
Make them feel like you are the most relevant solution for them.
And make them feel like you are the most logical solution for them because everybody wants to seem smart and, that they have taken the right decision.
I will do these 3 things…
By Educating them on these 4 questions
Why your service is the best option in the market?
How will your service benefit someone’s life?
Why should they trust you in the 1st place with their hard-earned money?
How you are different from your competitors?
By answering these (again and again) throughout the funnel,
you ensure your customer is educated, trusts you,
and ultimately buys your service, at a higher conversion rate.
How I build funnels - My process
1. Onboarding Call
Once I start working with you, I will have an onboarding call with you.
Where I will understand everything about your business in detail which is necessary for creating a high-converting funnel.
2. Assets
Here, I will ask you to give me access to all the assets you have that will be needed in the process of creating a funnel.
Like your hosting platform, brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logos etc.), Google Analytics, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and FB ads manager (if you already running ads on Facebook).
If you don’t have some of these, no problem.
I will ask you to create an account on these platforms.
3. Research and Strategy
I will spend 4+ hours researching your business inside out,
including -
→ your existing website
→ Creatives (If you already running paid ads)
→ Ad Library (If you already running paid ads)
→ Competition
→ past campaigns (If you already running paid ads)
→ Your social media
→ GA4
→ Things that worked, Things that didn’t (If you already running paid ads)
basically how your customer interacts with your business.
This leads me to the strategy phase,
I will build the whole strategy for the funnel inspired by the conversation I have with you about your business in an onboarding call and the research I do on your business.
where I focus on building the funnel for the TOFU audience.
This helps us acquire your cold audience from paid ads,
learn how new customers interact with your business
and increase your new customer acquisition rate to the highest level possible.
→ I then test this funnel for a month,
iterating based on heat maps (if needed), conversion data and sales team feedback to optimize this funnel.
4. Creation
In this phase, I will create a funnel for your business.
Right from wireframing, copywriting, and design to development.
5. Tracking setup
Here I will setup the tracking pixels such as -
GA4
Meta tags
Events Tracking Setup
Hotjar / MS clarity ( heatmaps)
Why tracking?
Tracking is very important in optimizing the funnel for a higher conversion rate. With tracking, we will be able to get data to improve the funnel.
→ Now you are ready to Go Live 🚀
6. Testing phase & CRO
→ I recommend testing funnel-1 for 2-4 weeks with enough traffic on it.
Insufficient traffic can lead to a drop in conversion rate since not enough people are seeing your page.
Once you send traffic, I will review it.
to learn about user behaviour on your funnel and how they interact with it.
I make minor adjustments accordingly.
This helps you achieve the highest conversion rate and lowest cost of acquisition.
Now, I’m going to be real with you,
This isn’t something where you can expect immediate results.
Every business is unique, so you can't make direct comparisons.
It's essential to test and iterate continuously.
And also there are multiple solutions for any problem. So if you think that this solution doesn’t make any sense to you. It’s totally fine, you can find another solution for your problem that will resonate with you.
Also, I am not sure if it is for you but if you want to find out you can book a call with me and then we can figure out whether you actually need it or not.

During our chat, I’ll understand your business and answer any questions you have so you can decide if you’re in or out.
